Jumma Kasimov (also known as Jummah Khan Namangani and Jumaboi Ahmadzhanovich Khojayev) was an Uzbek militant with a substantial following who founded the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan and received substantial Taliban patronage, allowed to operate freely in Northern Afghanistan.〔Rashid, Ahmed (2001).
